Praxilum Learning LLC was founded by Greg Sapnar, M.Ed. after 20+ years in learning roles serving the Pharmaceutical, Technology, and Manufacturing Industries. Greg has a passion for evidence-based learning design and adult learning which was ignited by early work developing targeted resources and media for workplace learning and communication.
Working with a vendor company and later as an internal team leader, Greg engaged with clients to use learning design more effectively by establishing clear foundations in the latest research supporting evidence-based strategies and incorporating emerging technologies and validated metrics.
As a consultant, Greg is committed to working with clients to deeply understand their needs related to people and performance and map out innovative solutions to bring their future vision for organizational success into reality.
